I needed to put the body wash into another container so that I could use it. I tried multiple times to get the pump to "pop up". It was a miserable fail!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The pump could be better The pump on the shower gel doesn’t pump as easily and smoothly as pumps on other shower gel products I have bought. The pump feel stiff and only a very small amount of the shower get comes out. I eventually removed the pump from the bottle and ended up having to dumb the shower gel out onto my washcloth’s.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Fragrance! Poor Dispenser! I purchased this and was very pleased with the fragrance; however, the dispenser is not the best for getting out the product. It does not pump easily so I have to pump very hard to get out any liquid. This is very frustrating! PLEASE! Get a better way to dispense your wonderful product!! The product is great- thr dispenser, not so much.

Retained production is also periodically checked to ensure shelf life quality.
