    To open capsules: Gently twist tab around twice and squeeze onto fingertips.
    To use: Squeeze 3 drops onto palm of hand, press palms together, and smooth over face. Use remaining serum for neck and décolleté. Adjust as needed. Use morning and/or night before moisturiser.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Should provide the batch code online! Be careful!---- I recently received a package containing 30 pieces of this product that were manufactured over 3 years ago. They claimed that the items were not expired when I attached picture of the batch code which showed it was march,2020 (I think usually we have 3 years from manufacture date so they may still be good.). Furthermore, the batch code of the free gift I received indicates that it was manufactured over 2 years ago. I have sensitive skin and wonder if I can still use it. The company should provided the batch code online. This would enable customers to easily access and verify important information about the products they purchase. I hope that no one else experiences the same problem I have encountered.

So I reached out to customer service and they are kind enough to help with a replacement order. However, the serum in this new order was produced the same time! It’s not a good experience to purchase skincare products from official website and receive products with that long history as I don’t feel comfortable using them on my face, especially for ingredient like vitamin C which is challenging to store/make it stay effective.
