Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Product, but Wrong One Sent! I have used Red Door Parfum Spray for a long time and really like the product. However, my local department store was out of the product, so I ordered directly from Elizabeth Arden, expecting to get what I ordered. I paid the price of parfum spray and the box label said it was parfum spray, but the tag at the bottom of the bottle said toilette spray. I have tried that product before but don't like it as well as the parfum. If the parfum spray was unavailable or on backorder, why did Elizabeth Arden send a different product to me, rather than declining my order due to unavailability? Unless I get used to the toilette spray, I likely will no longer use Red Door unless I can find it in my local department store.

WHY did you change the formula? I use to wear this and MANY hours later people who comment on how good I smelled - now the scent just fades away - WHY WOULD YOU RUIN A BEAUTIFUL SMELL???

I fell in love with Red Door 3 bottles ago. The 1st one was wonderful and I carried a lovely light scent all day. The next 2 bottles have very little scent. Are they old? I'm very disappointed and probably won't buy it again. I'm sorry
